Spaces of Care
Building safe spaces for ethical knowledge sharing to ensure staff that you value, feel valued. We will help you plan and implement effective and sustainable working groups and discussion fora. We additionally offer moderating services – chairing or featuring on panels.
Networking
If you are looking to co-create projects with Black and other minoritised or marginalised groups in academia, public health, NHS or schools, speak to us! We can connect you to relevant people or community groups and offer you guidance on fair payment and ethical co-production of work.
Strategy Building
Building strategies that work through evidence gathering (via scoping exercises, rapid reviews, systematic literature reviews, and collating data from one-to-one interviews and focus groups) and provision of recommendations.
Expert Reviews
We offer an expert review of your systems and processes (typically framed as equality, diversity and inclusion) to provide you with an effective action plan on how to recruit and retain staff.
